1. Scope and contact
This policy explains use of the BozkurtGames website. BozkurtGames is the developer brand presenting Özkan Bozkurt’s games and software projects. Contact: support@bozkurtgames.com. Application data use is described separately on each product’s own privacy page.
2. Website data
This static site has no user account, payment system or support form that sends data to a web server. The support and deletion fields prepare an email draft in your browser. The site does not save what you enter in a database.
The site does not include visitor tracking, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. This package does not use cookies or browser storage for language preferences. Language selection opens separate Turkish and English pages.
3. Hosting and security
The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. The hosting and security provider may process technical records such as IP addresses, request times and browser/request information under its own service practices to deliver network services and provide security.
4. Email and support requests
If you email us, the sender address, message and attachments are used to investigate and reply to the request. Send only the information needed to explain it. Email is transmitted through the relevant mail providers. “Draft opened” on this website does not mean the message has reached us; you complete sending in your email application.
5. External links and applications
When you open an external service or app store link, the provider’s practices apply. An application’s advertising, account, analytics, cloud saving or purchase use cannot be inferred from this general website policy; refer to that product’s current privacy information.
6. User requests
You may request access, correction or deletion concerning your support communication by emailing support. Account or communication ownership may be verified as necessary. Application accounts also have a separate account/data deletion page. Relevant retention scope and periods are explained in the response.
